Refund and Returns Policy

At Orbitensa LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from orbitensa.com. If for any reason you’re not, please review our policy below for returns and refunds.

1. Overview and Eligibility

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., used skincare tools, opened makeup items).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or had its original seal broken, unless defective upon arrival.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected based on the item’s condition and our policy terms.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company. It might take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] with details and a photo of the defect/damage. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the defective/damaged item and receive a replacement.

4. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and approved. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, and they’ll be informed about your return.

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided after you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you’re returning more expensive items, we recommend considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
